How can I edit my blog header so that it does not say "Just another wordpress..?

  I have selected my theme but I can’t for the life of me figure out how to change the “Just another wordpress.com site.” Can I?

  You can change this by editing your tagline in the Settings section of your blog’s Dashboard.
