How can I edit my images as I did before? Resize and adding a border?
-
Hi there,
So you’ve changed how you upload images and how we can edit them. I just wasted my time and money mapping my domain, now I can’t use my website how I need to. What a waste of precious time! I can’t place my reviews as I have images that can’t be copied across from other posts. How do I put a border around my image? How do I know how to resize images correctly without wasting a week?
My site is http://www.thedevonshireteaguide.com.au. I can’t upload my teapots to be put in the right spot anymore, as I usually just cut and past.
How can I fix it, if you guys aren’t going to change it back?

In order to add/remove a border you can please switch to the Text Editor and this to your image code:
border="2px"So a sample of what it would look like is this:
<img class="alignleft wp-image-1264 size-none" style="margin: 50px;" src="http://gracetestaccount1.files.wordpress.com/2014/03/best-wordpress-templates-2014.png" alt="best-wordpress-templates-2014" width="206" height="202" border="2px" />You can adjust that 2px to any number to increase the border width. The number 0 will essentially remove the border.
Our developers are also aware of this and are looking into bringing certain features back.

You can add this code to control the border color
bordercolor="#eeeeee"You can replace the #eeeeee color code with one of codes from: http://www.w3schools.com/tags/ref_colorpicker.asp
Please let us know if you need any further assistance!
