  how can i edit my site name?

  From the General Settings dashboard screen.

  Or, are you wanting to change reflectangecy part of your site address? This can be changed by following the steps in the Changing a Blog Address support document.

  Oh, Thank you! I also need to change that actual web address.
  how can i edit my web address from: reflectangecy.wordpress.com to: reflectagency.wordpress.com?

  I have followed the steps but can’t find any step for changing my URL. I only can change my site name. pls help! thanks
