How can I edit my wordpress.com footer? I don't see an editor option.

I have a wordpress I created at Dndsource.wordpress.com. I need to be able to edit the footer to contain a few lines of legality information, but I cannot for the life of me find any way to edit the footer on my page, not is there and editor tab to do so. How can Iedit my page???
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

If you have the CSS upgrade you can add text before or after the footer (but not delete the footer – get your blog suspended)
Themes are not my strong point – but you have Twenty Eleven for a theme and you can add a text widget in the footer area –
Dashboard >> Appearance >> Widgets >> Drag and drop a text Widget into
You might need to try a couple of different Widget areas – seems to me the description was not that clear when I put some info at the bottom of the page

You be welcome – usually when people ask about footer it is to delete it (not allowed) – but you just needed more info which fits into a Widget
You might also consider using a contact form – gets you email off the web and away from the spam bot harvesters
