How can I edit the Vigilance CSS

  I’ve paid to be able to tinker with the CSS on my blog called http://greenwillowstudio.wordpress.com
  BUT, I’ve changed the theme to vigilance. When I look at the CSS from the dashboard, it doesn’t show me the entire code like the Digg3 theme did. However there is a cryptic message that says to ‘Make all custom CSS changes in a Child Theme.”

  Have I lost the edit ability because I changed themes?
