How can I edit where it says "Leave a Reply" for comments on my blog?

    Hello,
I would like to change where it says by default, “Leave a reply” above a comment text box.
I viewed another thread with the same problem, and it said to go to WP Admin, to Settings -> Discussion, and then scroll down until I got to the part where I could edit it. I tried this, but I don’t see any section where I am able to edit “Leave a reply.”
Yes, I am using WordPress dot COM, not org. I’m not mistaken.
Any help here would be greatly appreciated. The website I need help with is:

I would like to do this because I found out that some of my readers were confused because they “wanted to comment, not reply” and they didn’t realize that in this case, “reply” meant the same thing.

Hi there, the ability to change the comment prompt was removed quite some time ago. It looks like your account is relatively new, so you might not have that option on your sites.

Ohh, okay. I suspected that might be the case. Yes, I’ve been familiar with WP for quite some time but this specific account is only a few months old. Thx for letting me know. That’s too bad but it’s alright.
