How can I edit/remove the erroneous subtitle describing my Blog?

    How to get rid of erroneous information in subtitle of my blog?
    Please look in the following page for a sample of my problem: http://japanesewoodblockprint.wordpress.com
    At this above site, across the top, just below my blog name, Hokusai’s Wave on St. Mary’s Bay, N.S. (which is correct) is the error that must be removed or I can’t use the blog site at all. The problem Is the following line that has nothing to do with my blog.

    “This WordPress.com site is the bee’s knees”

    How can I remove it, the part about “is the bee’s knees”?

    Site titles (Blog Names) and optional Taglines located here > Settings > General can easily be changed at any time.

    Also note that everyone posting here needs help and no blogger’s issue is more urgent than another blogger’s issue is.

    Thanks for your reply.
    I have tried to find answers in Forum. I keep seeing the phrase you gave me “here > Settings > General ” but I can’t find access to “Settings”. I’m just two-days new to WP and am having trouble finding my way around.
    Where is “Settings”, on what page, in what corner etc.? Instructions for dummies needed…..
    Sorry but lost…. and I need to make a number of changes to my initial poor blog setup attempts in order to get started…
