How can I eliminate the comment option from a page?

  This is probably a very newbie question. A couple of months ago I had a Wealthy Affiliate account and set up a free WP blog there with the 2010 theme. As I recall, it was possible to create a page and disable comments on that page. I now have a hosted site with the Flexibility 3 theme, but have not discovered how to disable comments. I know it is possible as I have seen F3 sites with no comments on some pages.
