  I’d love to talk to a human being directly, not via a forum. How can I do this?

  There is no phone support but as bloggers are publishers we have reading comprehension skills and can follow written instructions.

  Hello,

  I have a free blog with name Atousa Carpenteria since 2009. The URL was ateliervitrailatousa.wordpress.com.

  A few weeks ago, I changed the name to Margarita Carpenteria and I changed URL but I used the option to be able to come back to saved ateliervitrailatousa.wordpress.com.

  Now I want to come back to name Atousa Carpenteria and URL ateliervitrailatousa.wordpress.com . But I lost everything. I lost all pages, all articles, all photos. my blog is empty. I am so sad.
  I have just this one blog for my stained Glass art.

  My E-mail is (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  Could you please help me?
