How can I email support?

    Every ‘help’ link or topic says to ‘press the button below’ or ‘follow the steps outlined’ but there IS NO BUTTON and the ‘steps’ are a loop back to the original Help Center screen. It’s almost as though WordPress is dodging having to provide any support at all. How can I email support?

    I changed credit cards well before yearly payment was due. The site STILL charged the old card, resulting in penalties and late payments for me. It was WordPress’s error. I’d like them to refund the penalty from their actions.
