How can I embed an iframe in a wordpress.com site?

    Hello,
    I am trying to embed a Spotwall map on my blog (hobbitholefieldinstitute.wordpress.com — maps to inianislandsinstitute.org). Spotwalla is a service that shows my location during backcountry travel using a SPOT GPS device.
    Unfortunately, Spotwalla comes as an iframe. From much online searching, it seems that I can’t embed an iframe within a wordpress site without a plugin, and I can’t get a plugin using wordpress.com.
    So my question is, how can I possibly embed an iframe within my wordpress.com site?
