How can I embed my WordPress blog into my web site?

  I love WordPress and I would prefer to have the content being posted to my blogs pushed up to my website. I know that WordPress offers an install system, However I am not skilled with how this all works and the IT group I work with does not allow us to install WordPress so I would just prefer having the iFrame code to control how it appears on my page. Please help me out with this!

  We automatically publish RSS feeds for every WordPress.com site.
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/feeds/

  Depending upon your hosting setup, you may be able to embed links to your blog posts on your website. I recommend contacting your web developer for assistance with this.

  Thanks for that. I work for a university and our IT department do not allow us to install WordPress (Which is what I would prefer to do). So I have to find a back door for using WordPress in my site. I have found a way to turn the RSS feed into a embed code that will work fine but is there anyway to take things like polls made in word press and bring them over to my site in the same way. I don’t want to keep changing my site I would prefer to just post on Word press and have it show up.
