Do you mean you own a domain URL and want to map to it from your .wordpress.com blog?
WordPress.com does not accept domain transfers but mapping an existing domain is possible. Domain mapping of an existing domain URL that you already own and purchased elsewhere is not done free of charge. You will have to renew the domain name purchase where you made it and the domain mapping purchase here every year.
Mapping an existing domain costs $13. annually and a domain name purchase and domain mapping are included in the Premium ujpgrade bundle.
In order to map to a domain one must have an underlying .wordpress.com subdomain blog to map from and it does not matter what that underlying .wordpress.com URL is. It does not have to match the domain URL.
If you have registered a .wordpress.com blog you log in as Admin under the exact same username account that registered the blog and as you own that domain already you can see here for mapping an existing domain that you already own http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/
It can take between 24 – 72 hours for domain name propagation to take place throughout the internet. You can view the DNS changes here > http://www.whatsmydns.net/ What’s important during that stage is to be patient.

Thanks, but no, that’s not what I want to do. I have a lot of content on my website that wouldn’t transfer.
I simply want to have a subpage within my website that embeds the content of my wordpress blog. Ideally I’d prefer to have it a little more integrated than just using an HTML FRAME tag.
At a minimum I’d like to take an RSS or Atom feed to embed a digest of my blog. I’d then be able to apply the styles from the rest of my website to make it look more like “my” pages.

We cannot help with embedding. All blogs hosted by WordPress.COM are hosted right here on this multiuser blogging platform and are not intended for embedding. Iframes embeds are notoriously unstable security risks.
All WordPress.COM blogs have multple built in feeds. See here please https://en.support.wordpress.com/feeds/
Once you have actually published posts there will be a display in this feed https://williamcampbellpowell.wordpress.com/feed/
Provided your website can draw from an RSS Feed then that’s all you need.
If it is not so equipped we do not provide support for any sites except WordPress.COM hosted blogs. In that case if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.

Note you can also display feed content from your website on your WordPress.COM blog https://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/rss-widget/

Map as a sub-domain – then your blog here becomes part of your regular web site – something like your-blog.your-site.com
it will look sort of like a Page on your site, but be integrated and work way better than an iframe or something

@williamcampbellpowell
I am sorry I fumbled the ball by not recognizing right off the bat what you were actually asking. Best wishes.
