How can I embed SWF animation into my blog?

    I got a screen recorder called Wondershare DemoCreator last month on GAOTD and made some simple demos in Flash animation format. The question is, there are two files including one SWF animation file and an HTML. I have to click on the HTML file to open my browser and take a preview. And I found none of streaming video site which supports uploading Flash animation video. In that case, how can I embed my SWF animation file into my wordpress blog?
