How can i embed this video to my blog?

  I want to embed this link to my blog:
  http://www.mtv.it/blogs/LiveEarth/archive/2007/07/04/6fdfe33d-Polar-Bear-Man.aspx

  how can i do it? it seems that my blog does not support video other than Youtube & google.

  That particular video can only be put on your blog using “embeds” and “flash” which are both stripped for security reasons on blogs here at wordpress.com, so it cannot be added. Have you tried to find that video on the ones that do work including google or youtube?

  Search for the same video on YouTube. Odds are very good that someone uploaded it there. I ALWAYS have success this way.

  Unfortunately the video does not exist in youtube or google.

  Then you have the option of capturing and uploading it yourself, or waiting.

  You take a snapshot of the video window, than upload the image somewhere and publish it as clickable hyperlink to the original video page.
