How can I enable plugins in order to add a post-slider?

  I would like a post-slider on my blog theme – some of the themes say they have them, but as of yet I cant get any of them to appear. Apparently I need a p[ugin to do this. Can anybody help with how I make this happen?

  WordPress.com does not allow you to add your own plugins. You would need to switch to WordPress.org in order to do that.

  To see the themes at WordPress.com which already have some kind of post slider built in, go to http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/features/post-slider/
