How can I enable the featured content slider?

I have tried numerous different ways to use the featured content slider but none of them seem to work, despite being the ‘way’ to do it….
I am using the blissful blog theme and have read how to do it but I have encountered several problems.
These include the posts with the featured tag disappearing and there not being a feature content slider widget. If you could give me some help that would be great. Thank you!The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The Featured Content Slider images are a minimum of 920 wide by 640 tall. And when it comes to featured posts sliders the featured image dimensions are critical to display.

Thanks, I have that page, but I just can’t seem to get it to work. Are there any things I need to do to a post to make it work?

You have to add a featured picture… It is one of the side bars when you are making a new post. Hope it works!

Hello everyone,
A couple of weeks ago I installed Featured Content on my blog (using the Blissful theme). I tried today to erase it but didn’t succeed, so I simply erased the related tag linked to the Featured Content.
But this option is still not working, what can I do to get it back and change the related tag ?Waiting for your answers,

Allelujia ! I finally discovered that the “Featured content” button was actually hidden by others option below !
