How can I enlarge the Hero theme to full page?

I use the Hero theme for one of my two WordPress blog pages. As a neat freak and perfectionist, I like it for its simplicity. I also like the blackness of it. However, I do have one complaint about it, that being when I review a post, the content only appears in the middle of my flat-screen, taking up only half of the screen.

I have thought about changing themes to one more geared for photography such as the one I use for my other page, but I use this page to post both opinion pieces and photographs.

Is there something I can do to rectify this? If not, can WordPress do something so that posts appear full screen?

    Thanks!!!
    Steven

I find that with my relatively small 12″ x 9″ screen, at normal zoom settings (FF 38.0.5), your website content nearly fills the screen on both the front page and single posts. If I zoom out three clicks it still covers more the 50% of the screen.

Those with large screens will encounter the issue you describe. It won’t affect those using smaller screens to access the site, including most tablets, phones, and other mobile devices.
