How can I ensure most recent post appears at the top of the screen on mobile?

  I am using iTheme2 and have designated several feature posts. When viewed on a mobile device, you have to scroll down through all the featured posts to see my most recent post. How can I ensure that my most recent post is on top of the screen on mobile devices?

  Unfortunately, you cannot change this setting for the mobile theme, since sticky posts are designed to be displayed at the top of your page whether browsing your site from a computer or mobile device:
