how can I export and import from Xanga to WordPress.com?

  Hi, there! I am xdabombx username from here in WordPress.com. I tried to import or export my files from Xanga to WordPress.com. It wasn’t working for me. How do I do that? Do I need to update my WordPress to import and export the files? Please help me out with it. Thanks!
