How can I find out if I reserved my name or someone else did?
-
name reserved
I own the domain name http://www.jenniferfonseca.com; I am not sure if I reserved jenniferfonseca.wordpress.com or if someone else in the universe did. I logged in as that user name, did a “forgot pswd” and did not receive an email to my account. Does this mean someone else has my name reserved at WordPress? Bottom Line: I would like a wordpress.com blog – jenniferfonseca.wordpress.com
Thanks!!
jfThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

When we register a username account the matching blog is reserved for our future use. It cannot be obtained by anyone other than the person who has registered the matching username account.
If you think your registered it and you have lost your log-in information you can visit https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpasswordAlso note that if your purchase a domain via a domain mapping uopgrade and map an existing domain name to it, then it doesn’t matter what the underlying .wordpress.com subdomain URL is.

When logged in go to My Blogs – click on Register a new blog – type in your user name (copy & paste is safer if you spell like I do) – if it is reserved for you – WordPress.COM will process the name as you type it in and tell you it is ok if it is reserved for you and let you create the new blog
