As this account is only 6 months old there most likely won’t be an expired upgrade associated with it. If you can return here revealing the address of the WordPress.com site with the expired upgrade and add the word modlook to the tag box on the right then a member of staff can assist you.

Good morning –
The site was using the WordPress.com business plan. I’ve restored that upgrade to your account and the site is back up and running.
There’s going to be an email delivered to the address associated with this account (that’s the one at https://wordpress.com/me) In that email there’s going to be a payment link for the business plan renewal.
Let me know if you have any questions about this.
Now that the business plan is reinstated on the account you’ll be able to reach our live chat support 7 days per week via https://wordpress.com/help/contact/
Of course, we are happy to assist you here in the public forums but it will take a bit longer since we are asynchronous by nature.

Hi themagicrobot – Just wanted to mention that the upgrade was transferred to this user account in February and expired in June.

staff-zinnia Thanks for the clarification. There are so many possible combinations and it’s even more difficult for volunteers when no site address is shared….

@ themagicrobot – absolutely! I thought you’d be interested in this scenario.
@ ditrinc – You’re very welcome. Take care!
