  I just took on the new role of managing my company’s website but I cannot find or access the billing page for http://www.poweru.org. Can you please help?

  That site is not hosted by us (WordPress.com). It is using the open-source WordPress software and it is hosted by Bluehost. Therefore, you need to contact them regarding your billing issue.
