How can I find the chat bot?

    I have a relatively new WordPress site that just went down. I cannot find the chat bot to get assistance with getting the website up and running. Can someone send me a link to the chat?

    WordPress.com doesn’t have a chat bot, only live chat support if you have a paid wordpress.com plan.

    As your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform, you must contact your hosting support.
