How can I finish the register process?

    I feel silly to say this, but I can’t seem to figure out how to complete the registration process to create a new blog. The register page says I need to “submit this form,” meaning the Terms of Service. However when I click to that page I see all the TOS, scroll to the bottom, and no button appears to say that I’ve read and agreed with the TOS. So how can I “submit the TOS?” But this is only the first problem. The second one is, I’d like to get the URL as follows: “http://www.whatshealth.wordpress.com.” I filled out that URL and the first time I did so, which was yesterday, that URL was available. However, after trying and failing several times to complete the registration process by “submitting the form,” I know find that when I try to fill out the URL “whatshealth.wordpress.com,” that this URL is now not available. It seems that my earlier effort to get this URL succeeded to the extent that the URL is taken, but I have not been able to complete registration so I do not yet have the blog set up.

    Can you thus help me with:

    1. How to “submit the TOS form”
    2. Get the URL back that I originally requested, i.e. “http://whatshealth.wordpress.com.”

    The ToS are accepted by clicking the orange button and submitting the new blog form, there is no need to submit a separate form, i.e. “You agree to the fascinating terms of service by submitting this form.”. “This form” means the form you’re on.

    Furthermore it looks like whatshealth.wordpress.com was never available to begin with. Could it be that you might have typed something slightly different on the blog’s URL field?
