  I’m currently facing an issue with my WordPress site, getmepcobill.pk, related to the MEPCO bill service. The site works perfectly on desktop, but when I open it on a mobile device, the menu behaves inconsistently—it fluctuates or moves erratically when scrolling or resizing the screen.

  I’ve ensured everything else on the site functions correctly, so I’m pretty sure the issue is specific to the mobile menu. Here are some details:

  • Theme: I’m using Kadence.
  • Plugins: I have a few plugins installed, but I haven’t identified any that directly impact the menu.
  • CSS/JS: I’ve done some minor customizations, but nothing that seems directly related to the menu.
  • Viewport Settings: I’m using the standard viewport meta tag: <meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1">.

  Things I’ve tried so far:

  • Deactivating plugins to check for conflicts.
  • Reviewing the CSS for responsive design issues.
  • Testing in different mobile browsers, but the problem persists across all of them.

  Despite these efforts, the issue remains unresolved. Has anyone experienced a similar problem or could you suggest potential solutions? I’m particularly interested in understanding whether this could be a conflict between CSS/JS, a theme issue, or something else entirely.
