How can I fix my Elemin header so that it appears on mobile
-
Hello
I am looking for a custom CSS solution that will help me adjust my custom header image in Elemin so that it appears in mobile.
I have switched mobile theme off to make use of Elemin’s responsive design so that it looks nice and unique on mobile. However, the current header settings seem to not apply responsive design and so my header image disappears. I am happy to pay for a CSS upgrade but I just can’t seem to find a solution that will work. I have seen the header image work how I would like to on an Elemin theme that is used on wordpress.org if that helps: http://madreprimeriza.com/
I would like to be able to use my lovely new header on this theme with the responsive feature and am hoping someone can help :)
Thank you

Hi there – I see that you’ve already posted this in the Elemin forum:
http://premium-themes.forums.wordpress.com/topic/need-help-with-header-image?replies=1
I’m going to let the theme developer reply directly over there, since they’re best placed to help with this issue. Hopefully they can help you get this sorted.

The developer advised that as I am on WordPress.com I should contact you directly for support. Can someone please help?
Thanks

Yes, you’ll need to wait for them to get back to you via http://premium-themes.forums.wordpress.com/topic/need-help-with-header-image?replies=1
Their direct support line will refer you back to their specific support on WordPress.com, which you have already posted to above.
I’m sorry that it’s taking them so long to reply.

Thank you
Yes it is taking them a while and it is a bit annoying given that this is a $75 theme that is advertised as responsive but does not actually provide a proper responsive solution.
