How can i fix the fact that my Contact Form is preloaded with my own details.

I added a Contact Form and I think I played with it wondering how it worked and put in my own name and email address to test it.
Now every time I try to add a contact form it already is pre-loaded with MY details in the place that the reader needs to put their details to contact me.
I tried to edit it in visual mode but it still comes with my details.
I would appreciate your help

Confused…. This came up and there is a submit button but it will not submit unless I type something.
Do I have to repeat what I just wrote in this space again?
I don’t know so I will press submit and see what happens.hmmmmm.. this is how I got into this problem in the first place :-)

Hi there,
Whenever you visit a contact form at WordPress.com, it should be pre-loaded with your contact details, which are taken from your account. It’s done to make things easier for you! If you visit when you’re logged out, then it will not pre-fill like that.
Were you talking about a different part of the contact form?

Oh thank you. That makes sense.
Its exactly what is happening and I never thought of logging out.
I only “viewed” the page.
