how can i fix these issues before deleting my account?

    Finally, a box where I can type some questions and hopefully get answers. This is also an issue with WordPress… I’m afraid to put alot of work into it and later on, when issues arise there isnt customer service, you have to hopefully find your answer.

    1- I’d like to delete: https://everythingsoulful.wordpress.com and the everythingsoulfuldotcom.Wordpress.com without deleting the entire account. I’d like to keep http://wordpress.everythingsoulful.com. help!!! When I try, it seems like I’m going to delete everything and I don’t want to do that.

    2- I’m on my samsung tab 4 and forgot my password for username: JoannJimenez. When I try to recover, it does not recognize that username. But yet, my iPhone and iMac does. What is the issue?

    3- Eventually, I’d like to make this site: http://www.everythingsoulful.com
    is there anything I need to know? I’ve already purchased the domain.

    4- What is a preventative measure to avoid a crashing site? I see there is backup. Is there an auto-backup application or switch?

    5- I have a Shopify store i’d like to eventually integrate. It seems llike therrare many limitations and lots of work. Can you suggest a shop that is easier to manage and integrate with wordpress?

    6- Is Gravatar the only Profile Page choice?

    Because your site is a self-hosted WordPress.org blog, which we can’t help with, step one is the only question I can really help you with.

    If you would like to delete your https://everythingsoulful.wordpress.com WordPress.com site, there are options and instructions for doing so here:

    Delete a Website

    Please bear in mind that once deleted, that site’s WordPress.com URL will become permanently unavailable for future use. If you feel that you might need that URL again in the future, you might want to choose one of the other options listed on the the page linked above.

    As I mentioned before, http://wordpress.everythingsoulful.com is a self-hosted WordPress.org site. So deleting https://everythingsoulful.wordpress.com will not affect http://wordpress.everythingsoulful.com in any way.

    To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
