How can I force ALL gravitar icons to change, not just some?

  I changed my gravitar, but one icon still refuses to change to the new icon. How can I make it change? It’s the small icon in the top left corner which will not switch over.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  That’s not your Gravatar. That’s your Blavatar, your blog icon. Change that on the blog dashboard under Settings->General.
