How can I found out who is the owner of a blog?

Hello,
about a month ago I bought a domain casultwist.com using the WordPress interface, a blog named casualtwist.wordpress.com was automatically generated but I didn’t start blogging right away. I bought hosting from a local provider and I want to move this domain to the local hosting. The main problem is that I can’t access my blog. It return this error message:
