How can i get a drop shadow thats runs around my site?

  Hi!
  I have a TwentyTen theme and I would like to have a dropshadow thats runs around my site. How can I do that? I also want to know what the width size of the theme is.

  Can you post a link to the site using Twenty Ten and could you know which bit of the site you want the dropshadow to encompass?
