How can I get a Guided Transfer?

  I’m trying to purchase a guided transfer but it’s not letting me. And I can’t find a support number or chat window.

  Happiness engineers… any help over here?

  I have a few questions too, like how long it takes, etc.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi,

  Please be informed that, the WordPress.com support documents say,

  The Guided Transfer is a one-time fee of $129.00 per blog transferred, and is available for purchase in your dashboard in Tools -> Export.

  (Note: If you don’t see the Guided Transfer option on that page, you likely have a Premium Theme or use Custom Fonts, which do not transfer. If you use a Premium Theme, you’ll need to switch your site to a free theme. If you use Custom Fonts, you’ll need to switch back to your theme’s default fonts. Once you do, you can add the Guided Transfer upgrade to your shopping cart.)

  If you’ve already tried the above method and weren’t successful, then you may try to get a staff’s help.

  Please add a “modlook” tag in this post from the sidebar to get staff help.
