  I cancelled my subscription and I got charged twice . How can I ask a refund?

  Hi there! I checked the account and found that a refund was already issued for Receipt:98848216. There are no other purchases listed for this year. You can find your transactions in your Billing History, here: https://wordpress.com/me/billing
