How can I get a refund?

    I am requesting a refund for a domain name renewal I purchased today for theup-turn.com. I thought it may fix the problems we are experiencing but it has not. To summarize my many previously unanswered cries for help: our domain name has expired and our site has reverted back to theup-turn.wordpress.com which it was back in 2012 before we upgraded to wordpress.org hosting. The posts we’ve made exist in limbo: https://wordpress.com/read/blog/id/36496976/ but not at our website theup-turn.com. Aside from losing all the posts we’ve also lost the custom theme I spent hours on with X Theme and we would like to restore our site back to the way it was before our domain name expired.

    Hi there,

    It looks like this domain was purchased in another user’s account, which is why you may not have been able to manage the domain or cancel it yourself through the Store >> My Upgrades section.

    We are unable to cancel these products without contact from the owner of the product. If you could please either log in from that account or get the owner of that account to log in and submit a similar request and then link to that request right here, I’ll be able to review it immediately, however keep in mind that there is a very narrow window when domains can be cancelled and refunded. If you delay at all then the domain will not be able to be refunded.
