How can I get a refund.
-
It has been more then 30 days but I have been trying to link my domain bought through go daddy for the whole time. I have done everything I was told to in the forumsn and Q&A to no avail. My domain is purchased, I have mapped it to my wordpress site, and paid for a preimum membership. At this point I would just like a refund.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I don’t think that you’ll be eligible for a refund after 30 days, but I’ve tagged this for Staff input.
Regardless, it doesn’t seem you’ve actually mapped the domain as the DNS pointers currently point to GoDaddy’s parked domain page.
Name Server: NS61.DOMAINCONTROL.COM
Name Server: NS62.DOMAINCONTROL.COMIn order to map to your WordPressdotcom website, you need to change your domain’s DNS pointers in your GoDaddy domain dashboard to WordPressdotcom following these instructions: https://en.support.wordpress.com/map-existing-domain/
And it doesn’t seem that you’ve posted any query here in these forums other than this thread. (?)

@JenT is correct. You have your custom domain mapped to your WordPress site, but your name servers is still pointing to Go Daddy.
For information on how to update your nameservers over at Go Daddy, here is their support doc:
https://www.godaddy.com/help/set-custom-nameservers-for-domains-registered-with-us-12317
Here is the nameserver information you’ll need whether you change it or if you have your host update it for you:
If you are still interested in a refund and not updating your nameservers, or if you have any questions, let me know.
Thanks!

Okay thank you. I will try calling go daddy again. When I called them they said everything was right and I read all the instructions on wordpress… I don’t want a refund if I can get it working….
