How can I get a refund?

I hit the “Cancel and Refund” button for the bundle and the domain. It’s only been 24 hours since I purchased it. I decided to go with WordPress.org instead of WordPress.com. I am new to all this and still trying to figure everything out. I had already installed WordPress.org, but thought the template I had decided to use would only work with WordPress.com. Found out tonight I can use it with WordPress.org afterall. I received the “Confirm Cancellation” email, but it gave me an error, saying a refund could not be processed.

Here is the error message I received…
“Upgrade not cancelled and refunded. There was a problem refunding your payment. Please contact support.”
…also the email said “You will receive a full refund of $0.00.” I paid $13 for the domain upgrade and then $79 for the Premium Bundle, both about 24 hours ago.

I’m sorry for the trouble. Not sure what happened there.
I have processed that refund for you. Please be aware that it can take up to 7-10 business days for refunds to show up on your statement.
