How can I get a refund for a premium theme after 30 days?

  I need to refund a theme just after the 30 days. I thought The Hive Theme could be used on wordpress.org, and was planning on transferring my site there if it took off. It has been just over a month now and I was about to transfer, and I learned that I could not use the hive theme. I am closing my wordpress.com site and spent $125 on it. Would it be possible in any way to have a refund. I bought it with intent to use it on the site after transfer, and am now at a major loss. I will be replacing it with a premium theme from wordpress.org anyway.

  No, unfortunately, that’s not possible. You can TRANSFER upgrades, including themes, so maybe you could find someone who wants that theme and offer it to them for a discount?
