How can I get a refund for an upgrade?

The upgrade does not allow me to do what it claims and I want my money back!

You can cancel your Custom Design upgrade and get a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
Please go to the Store -> My Upgrades section of your dashboard, where you’ll find it in the list of your upgrades, along with a “Cancel” button.
