How can I get a refund when I've been double charged for the yearly fee?

    Hi Happiness Engineer,

    I would like to request a refund due to being double charged for my yearly fee on Jan. 2, 2014. This is a copy and paste of my bank statement showing that I was charged twice for my yearly fee:

    1/2/2014 Withdrawal @ WP FEE.COM 877 273 3049 CAUS Trace #400323849275 ($26.00) $3,171.88
    1/2/2014 Withdrawal @ WP FEE.COM 877 273 3049 CAUS Trace #400324849275 ($26.00) $3,197.88

    I’d appreciate being refunded as soon as possible. Thank you very much for your time.

    Hi there! I see the double charge. It appears as if your account auto-renewed, and you also payed manually on the same date. I have refunded you $26 for the extra charge. Please let me know if I can help with anything else at all. Thanks for letting us know about this! Happy blogging :)
