How can I get all my pages to show up all the time?

  All of my pages don’t always show up at the top of my blog…how can I fix this? Specifically, I have one page that has a parent page. When I am first sent to the home page, I have the option of clicking on my “child page,” but if I click on any other page, my child page doesn’t show up…

  Where don’t you see the child page? I can see it in the menu on all your pages.
