How can I get an email from WordPress advising that I have never received $$ from WordPress for having advertisements upon my free blogs?

Yes I am aware of policy but I can use an email from WordPress advising that my 30+ blogs are free and that I have never received any advertising revenue from WordPress

We don’t pay ad revenue on free blogs. Instead, the ad money goes toward our costs for providing those free sites, including hosting, maintenance, and security.
WordAds at a minimum require a custom domain, as mentioned here under Eligibility:
So each site would need to have a custom domain and a plan, and would need to pass other requirements if it is not a site with Premium or Business plan.

Also, please be advised, even with a Premium plan, you would need steady thousands of organic visits per month on a site before you’ll begin to see meaningful revenue for that site.

@supernovia Perhaps he hasn’t worded things well but I think the OP is actually hoping that someone from WordPress.com would confirm in writing that he hasn’t received payment for the ads on his particular sites to correct assumptions by others. A mayor defamed me at a recent council meeting by saying that I receive $ from ads upon my blogs. I am suing him for defamation. I welcome an email from WordPress advising that I have never received any $$ for ads and that WordPress is the sole beneficiary of any ad revenue from my blogs. I will submit the email as evidence.I am a charity activist. I asked the city to pass a motion that would result in 50,000 cyclists being invited to raise funds for charities. They wouldn’t, so I had a few demonstrations. The mayor chose to get even for my embarrassing him by defaming me. Any $$ award will go to charity.
