How can I get back control of a domain?

    Hi

    I want to regain a domain I allowed a business partner to use.

    They have now closed their website and hosting account and say they no longer have access to the domain to release it to us.

    Is it possible for WordPress to give us back control of the domain so we can build a new website with it?

    Unfortunately only the owner is able to transfer a domain to someone else. Let’s wait for a Staff member.

    Could you let us know which domain you’ve cancelled?

    Hi there!

    Thanks for that information – since the domain hasn’t been refunded, and was only cancelled a couple of days ago, we’ve gone ahead and restored it for you.

    It should now be available under Upgrades > Domains when you log into your WordPress.com account.

    However I can also see that your Premium plan was cancelled without a refund. Without the Premium plan, you won’t be able to set albayrakbilisim.net as your site’s primary address. Would you like us to also go ahead and restore the plan for you?

    @geekinthegirl I Have another problem :
    wordpress Bussines for first year 899 TL
    Also o paid WordPress Premium account for 299 TL
    Than I have 299 TL discount avantage in my account.

    I try to upgrade to bussines; wordpress want to me 600 TL

    But with math :
    899 – 299(Premium) – 299 (discount) = it’s should be 301 TL .

    Why I can’t see that order page ?
