How can I get email working?

  Hello. Earlier today I mapped my domain (c4solutionsinc.com) to my wordpress.com site.
  As expected, my previous email (provided with the domain by the registrar) stopped working. However, I have not been able to figure out how to either (A) get an account working from there or (B) get my Google Apps account to work. I have read the instructions posted here for setting up a new Google Apps account, but I already have an existing one and I’m uncertain how to change it in order to get my email working. Is there any way you can assist? Thanks – Joe

  Hi there,

  To update your MX records, can you try following these directions?

  1. Go to Upgrades > Domains in your Dashboard.

  2. Click “Edit DNS” button on the right of your domain name.

  3. In the text box, paste the code below:
  (just XXXXXXX lines between dashes, don’t forget the periods at the end of each line):

  ——————————
  MX 0 smtp.secureserver.net.
  MX 10 mailstore1.secureserver.net.
  ******** MAKE SURE TO UPDATE THESE LINES ********
  ——————————

  4. Hit the save button.

  Please allow 4-8 hours for .COM and .NET domains and about 24-48 hours for all other domain extensions for these changes to complete.
