How can I get Goodreads widget on my sidebar

  I want that neat thumbnail book cover widget from Goodreads (books read) on my sidebar. It says to copy and paste the info but I don’t know where to paste it. I have tried to paste into the Dashboard widget , directly onto the sidebar and so on..but it doesn’t work. Where am I supposed to paste that. I assume WordPress is OK with JavaScript?

  Hi there,
  No we bloggers cannot post JavaScript for security reasons. Nor can we post iframe codes for the same reason.
