How can I get image tooltips to display on mouse hover again?

    Tooltips on images (image title tags) are no longer showing on mouse hover. This used to work fine but it’s disappeared. I do not want to have to enter anything individually on images when I upload them to pages as I bulk upload images, it would take too long. Is there anything I can do to get this back? What’s going on…

    This used to be created automatically, but it has been rejected because it creates problems with some applications. Now the only way to add it back is modify each image code manually in the so-called Text editor.
