How can I get into my blog?

It appears that malware is preventing my blog from opening. I just had my computer completely cleaned and I tried again, and I get the .404 message (no link) or a blank black wall or a message saying that that site is inflicted with malware and that the user does so at peril. I told this to my server and he says that he secured http://blog….. (and http://blog…./wp-admin) and protected it with mod-security (plus asked Google to remove the warning from the malware list.) He also suggests I change my wp admin password. I need to keep this blog name because I use it almost daily and it’s integral to my business. Can you help–in terms I can understand? You’ve been great in other things. Thanks.

Then remove wahever images, etc. you have on your blog from the sites that are revealed there
