How can i get into my old blog – lost security

Hi I live in the mountains of South Africa (beautiful place) and have been blogging for several years through blogger. However their lack of support led me to my original WordPress blog Durban talk but I cannot access dashboard as I have lost all my emails et al from way back. my new blog is titled Durbantalk but the URL is johnmaggiemuil which I want to change to Durbantalk OR access my original dashboard. More than happy to answer any security questions you might have to prove I am the same user in both cases. Thank you
