How can I get into my wordpress on my site michaelspecter.com ?

  Somehow WP doesn not recognize my email for my site blog wordpress (michaelspecter.com) i signed up for something new yesterday just to check. you have my domain as taken but i cant get in, it was corrupted but isnt now. what do i have to do?

  Its actually michaelspecter.com not michaelspecter.wordpress.com
  i juste get a blank page
