How can I get my blog back?

My computer crashed last year and I was not able to use my blog. Recently I was able to purchase another computer after saving money for many months. During that time, I did not wish to loose my blog and did not realize that by not using it my account it has been terminated. I love using wordpress and I really want my blog started again. I also do not want to loose my domain name. I love it!!!! Would upgrading to pro bring it back? If anyone can help I would really appreciate it! Thanks so much in advance,
